Wealthy breakfast is served from 8.a.m. till 10.00 a.m. in the hotel restaurant
Lunch is served from 11.30 a.m.
Restaurant is open from 11.00 a.m. till 10.00 p.m., kitchen prepares dishes till 9.30 p.m.

Reception desk is available daily from 8.00 a.m. till 10.00 p.m.
The Kašperk Hotel accepts cash in Czech crowns or Euros and cashless transfer only in Czech crowns. We accept VISA, MasterCard and Maestro cards.
Cancelling reservation with the possibility of getting money back
Payless cancelling of your reservation is possible up to 2 days before starting the stay. If you cancel the confirmed reservation after this time or in the day of the planned arrival or if you do not arrive the amount of 100% of the whole price of the accommodation is paid.
Cancelling the reservation without getting the money back
As soon as the reservation has been made 100% of the price for accommodation is billed. This amount is not reversible.

Check-in after 2:00 p.m.
Check-out till 10:00 a.m.
In case you would like to accommodate before 2.00p.m. on the arrival day or use the room till afternoon on the leaving day, contact the receptionist, please.
The guests must show a valid document and sign the registration card after the arrival. If the guest does not identify himself with a valid document (identity card, passport) the hotel is entitled to refuse accommodating the guest with reference to the law about local payments for Czech citizens and the Law of 314/2015 for foreign clients.
Parking is free of charge in the public parking lot in front of the Kašperk Hotel, however, it is not possible to book the parking place in advance. Another possibility is to use several parking places in the hotel parking lot, which are monitored and closed. Our hotel parking lot is paid.
The whole hotel is a non-smoking. Therefore guests are asked to use the outside areas dedicated for smoking.
It is free of charge from 8.00 a.m. till 9.00 p.m. every day for all accommodated guests during the stay. To enter the swimming pool use the hotel card. There are separate showers and changing rooms with lockable boxes at the swimming pool. Children under 12 may enter just when accompanied by an adult, children under 2 just with anti-water napkins.
The rooms are cleaned every day. In case of complaints contact the receptionist. We behave environmentally friendly. The towels are changed according to the needs: the towel lying on the floor means changing, the hanging one will not be changed.
We ask you not to be too noisy after 10.00 p.m. so that you do not wake other guests.
The hotel does not accept reservations with the possibility of bringing pets.
